Matt Knoll is the founder of Frontline Man, a global ministry he launched in 2020 with a passion and a call from God to encourage and equip Christian men in their faith and daily lives. As a leader with over 20 years of ministry experience, and a devoted husband and father, Matt knows firsthand the weight of balancing life, work, and a relationship with Jesus.
The vision for Frontline Man was born in a moment of exhaustion—after a long day juggling pastoral duties, a full-time job, and family life, Matt battled lies from the enemy of inadequacy—wondering if he was a “good enough” Christian, a “good enough” husband and father, a “good enough” provider and protector and a “good enough” man. Recognizing he wasn’t alone, and that if he was fighting these lies, there would certainly be many men all over the world in the same battle.
With a great desire to encourage other Christian men, Matt launched "The Frontline Podcast for Christian Men" that same week, using a dusty laptop and an old microphone. Despite early challenges in figuring out podcast ministry, Matt persevered, and soon men from all over the world began reaching out, sharing how the podcast was encouraging and strengthening them in their walk with Jesus.
In 2023, Matt expanded Frontline Man by launching Called to Duty, a one-on-one online coaching ministry designed to equip men to walk boldly in their calling. Through the podcast, coaching, and growing community, Frontline Man continues to be a source of hope, brotherhood connection, and truth for men seeking to stand firm in their faith in Jesus.
